No flying due to low cloud, but as usual the Thursday Regulars got stuck in with some jobs. - George Sanderson replaced the nosewheel on KEK. Rob Rand finished some work on the Club website.
Peter Smith reworked the handwashing station to stabilise the bowser, fitted a new tap and put some legs on the trailer, there is now also a clever device to stop it being overfilled!
Following this Peter then set about installing his newly designed and engineered accessory to the Blecavator, once fitted the mole burying the comms cable was put into action with a small team of helpers and onlookers.

Another team of members set about installing the replacement bridleway notice at the west end of the field, followed by a tidying up of some wood.

Meanwhile Matt Howard who had missed out on the flying this week due to working, had a 1-1 briefing on spinning with Pete Harmer, followed by an introduction to the training in the simulator flying a Blanik. Matt later completed the Junior Gliding Condor Task but forgot to upload his flight and so missed out on being scored.
