The early morning mist cleared into low stratus by the time the first visitors arrived, and we had a slightly delayed start until it became flyable.
During the day we had a constant stream of visitors and all the Instructors and Club members were kept very busy. There were a couple of short stops due to orographic cloud moving through and we had to finish early when the rain set in.
We were pleased to be able to fly Margaret Gregory on her 60th bithday with many of her family watching.
- About 65 flights today, here's hoping for the predicted rain to clear through nicely giving us a full days flying tomorrow.
In the evening, the Club members sat down to a Carvery meal from Maria and Lisa.
